Terms of Service

Welcome to Racket Locker. By creating an account or using the Racket Locker service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Racket Locker is a racquet inventory and stringing management tool for tennis players and stringers. It lets you track equipment, log stringing history, monitor string life, and connect with stringing providers. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Racket Locker. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access the Service through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner without prior written consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit (racquet entries, stringing records, profile information, etc.). By submitting content you grant Racket Locker a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service you agree to our data practices as described there.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Racket Locker available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or suspend the Service temporarily without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racket Locker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if the Service is discontinued. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Racket Locker operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
